ProfileEdit

Romeldo is a Brazilian forward. He appeared in the manga one-shot Millennium Dream. He made his first appearance in the second half of the finals of the Olympic games football tournament. He previously had a serious injury on his right knee and was only able to make his comeback after having two surgeries. He appeared again in Road to 2002, among the men who are aiming to become the No.1 striker in the world. He is based on real life player Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima.

Trivia Edit

  • In Shinji's English translation, his name was written as Romaldo, while in Road to 2002 it was Romeldo. These, however, are just different translations of the same name, since in both cases, it is written as ロメウド in katakana.
