Macher is a forward of Poland Youth. In all the games that he made his appearance, he is always the fastest player. He didn't appear in the third game of the Tecmo series or any games later.
His name is a reference to real life player Andrzej Szarmach, however the character is based on the speedy Grzegorz Bolesław Lato.
