Captain Tsubasa: Gekito no Kiseki (キャプテン翼 激闘の軌跡) is a Nintendo DS video game which was released on 20 May 2010 by Konami in Japan, and on 8 November 2010 in Europe in four languages (French, German, Italian and Spanish) under the title Captain Tsubasa: New Kick Off. This was the first Captain Tsubasa game officially published outside of Japan.

Gekito no Kiseki was produced to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Captain Tsubasa.

The main storyline consists of Nankatsu episode and Jr. Youth episode, which follow the Boys' Fight and J Boys' Challenge arc. After completing them, 4 more episodes will be unlocked - Toho, Furano, Musashi and I, Captain. The first three have Kojiro Hyuga, Hikaru Matsuyama and Jun Misugi, respectively, as the main character instead of Tsubasa Ozora, with original outcomes that differ from the manga. In I, Captain, the player gets to create their own character and team to face all opponents in the main storyline, as well as 3 bonus ones - England, Uruguay and Yoichi Takahashi Eleven.
